CAPRESE SALAD

INGREDIENTS FOR 2 SERVINGS:

  • Dinner at Mary’s Olive Oil – 2 tsp

  • Tomato – 1, medium

  • Fresh Mozzarella – 1 8oz ball

  • Basil – 1 handful

  • Balsamic Vinegar – 2 tsp

  • Salt & Pepper

STEPS:

  1. Slice tomato into 5-6 round slices

  2. Slice mozzarella into similar sized rounds

  3. Alternate a slice of tomato, then mozzarella, then basil leaves until all slices are used

  4. Drizzle with Dinner at Mary’s Olive Oil, balsamic vinegar, and finish with salt & pepper to taste

OG MARY’S PESTO

Dinner at Mary’s pairs perfectly with the fresh flavors and aromas of this classically inspired pesto recipe.

INGREDIENTS FOR 6-8 SERVINGS:

  • Dinner at Mary’s Olive Oil – 1/4 cup

  • Fresh Basil – 2 cups

  • Garlic – 1 clove

  • Parsley – 3 sprigs

  • Pine Nuts – 2 tsp

  • Pecorino Romano Cheese, grated – 1/4 cup

STEPS:

  1. Add basil, olive oil, garlic, parsley and pine nuts to a blender and blend until fine

  2. Remove from the blender and add pecorino romano cheese

  3. Toss with pasta, use as a pizza sauce, or get creative!

  4. Then serve to your excited guests. Take some pics of your friends or family enjoying your masterpiece.

TZATZIKI

Cool, creamy, aromatic, and tangy, this traditional tzatziki energizes with vibrant flavor and Dinner at Mary’s delightful lift.

INGREDIENTS FOR 4-6 SERVINGS:

  • Dinner at Mary’s Olive Oil – 2 tsp

  • Cucumber – 1/2 cup, grated

  • Greek Yogurt – 1 cup

  • Lemon Juice – 1/2 a lemon, squeezed

  • Garlic – 1 clove

  • Chopped Fresh Dill – 1 tsp

  • Chopped Fresh Mint – 1 tsp

  • Salt – 1/3 tsp

STEPS:

  1. Grate cucumber onto a paper towel; squeeze out excess water; add to a medium bowl

  2. Grate the garlic clove and add to the cucumber mixture

  3. Add yogurt, chopped herbs, salt, lemon juice, and Dinner at Mary’s Olive Oil; stir to combine.

  4. Serve as a dip with pita and veggies, or over lamb kebabs, grilled chicken, or salads.
